<p><strong>Journal of Entrepreneurship & Technopreneurship</strong> adalah jurnal akademik yang ditinjau sejawat dan diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu setiap bulan Januari, Mei dan September, oleh STMIK Dharmapala Riau. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Toko X guna mengatasi tingginya angka perputaran dan absensi karyawan. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 80 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi ditemukan sebagai faktor paling dominan yang memengaruhi kepuasan, sejalan dengan fenomena lapangan terkait alasan utama pengunduran diri karyawan. Manajemen disarankan memprioritaskan perbaikan sistem kompensasi serta kenyamanan lingkungan kerja untuk meningkatkan loyalitas sumber daya manusia.</p>Alifia Nur Fadlilah, Riyan Sisiawan Putra

<p><em>The development of digital marketing has encouraged business actors to utilize social media as a strategic tool to enhance sales performance. This study aims to analyze the planning of a digital marketing strategy through the TikTok platform in increasing used motorcycle sales at Ezan Garage. A qualitative research method was employed in this study. In addition, SWOT analysis was used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the implementation of the digital marketing strategy. The results indicate that the utilization of TikTok through informative video content, unit reviews, consumer education, and interactive features such as live streaming and TikTok Shop is able to increase brand awareness, engagement, and consumers’ purchase intention. A well-planned and measurable digital marketing strategy has been proven to contribute positively to the increase in used motorcycle sales at Ezan Garage. <p><em>The rapid growth of online food ordering services requires UI/UX designs that are easy to learn, efficient, and consistent—especially at high-value user journeys such as checkout and payment. This study aims to design the UI/UX of a mobile-based food ordering and delivery application, JoSsy, using the Design Thinking approach consisting of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. The design process produced a structured user flow, wireframes, and a high-fidelity interactive prototype built in Figma, covering key features including login, menu browsing/selection, cart, checkout, payment, and delivery tracking. Usability was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to obtain a quantitative measure of user acceptance. Based on an initial pilot (n=10) using sample/pilot data, the prototype achieved an average SUS score of 84.75, categorized as Acceptable, indicating that the proposed UI/UX is well-received and suitable as a foundation for further implementation and development.</em></p>Jonathan Briant Wijaya, Yosita Lianawati, Rosalina Yani Widiastuti, Adhi Wibowo

<p><em>In improving employee performance, one way that can be done by the company is by holding training and development of soft skills. Training is a learning process designed to improve the knowledge, skills, and competence of individuals in a particular field, the training itself has the aim of improving and developing employee attitudes, behavior, and skills. While soft skills are non-technical abilities related to how a person interacts and collaborates with others. Soft skills include various interpersonal, communication, and emotional abilities that aim to improve individual effectiveness in working, build good relationships with teamwork, and create a productive and harmonious work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of training and development of soft skills on the performance of CV Dwi Pelita Mas employees. The method in this study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires with a sample or research respondents totaling 35 employees of CV Dwi Pelita Mas. The results of this study indicate that training and development of soft skills have a significant positive effect on the performance of CV Dwi Pelita Mas employees. </em></p>Rizka Maulidta Hidayati, Yusak Anshori
