Program Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di Sekolah Minggu Buddha Loka Shanti Melalui Pengembangan Kurikulum Berbasis Teknologi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi implementasi program peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui pengembangan kurikulum berbasis teknologi di Sekolah Minggu Buddha Loka Shanti. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam terhadap beberapa stakeholder terkait, termasuk guru, siswa, dan pengelola sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengintegrasian teknologi dalam kurikulum telah berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, diantaranya peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam teknologi informasi, kegiatan belajar mengajar yang lebih interaktif, serta peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi dan kebutuhan pelatihan guru yang lebih mendalam menjadi isu yang harus diperhatikan untuk keberlanjutan program. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi dan program pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan untuk menjamin efektivitas penuh dari implementasi kurikulum berbasis teknologi.
