The Analisa Niat Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile Banking Oleh Nasabah Perbankan Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19

Abstract
Semakin bertambahnya jumlah masyarakat yang terinfeksi virus covid 19 mendorong perusahaan perbankan untuk mengurangi kontak langsung antara nasabah dengan karyawan. Salah satu cara yang dapat diandalkan oleh perusahaan perbankan untuk mengurangi nasabah yang bertransaksi secara langsung adalah melalui aplikasi mobile banking (m-banking). Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan perbankan perlu untuk melakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi kepada nasabahnya agar beralih dari transaksi langsung ke kantor cabang menjadi transasksi dengan menggunakan aplikasi m-banking. Agar program ini dapat berjalan sesuai target maka dibutuhkan data terkait pola perilaku nasabah dalam penggunaan m-banking. Penelitian ini akan membahas variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi keinginan nasabah untuk tertarik menggunakan m-banking. Hasil penelitian ini diyakini akan membantu pihak manajemen perbankan dalam menyusun kebijakan strategis yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran m-banking. Penelitian ini mengulas empat variabel independen yaitu perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, pengaruh sosial dan perceived trust terhadap niat untuk menggunakan m-banking. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui program SPSS dengan responden sebanyak 150 orang.
