Manajemen Keberlanjutan Investasi Pariwisata: Kontribusi Terhadap Pemulihan PDB Indonesia Pasca Krisis

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan upah minimum regional (UMR) terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) Indonesia melalui investasi di sektor pariwisata. Dengan menggunakan data triwulanan tahun 2020–2024, analisis jalur dilakukan menggunakan AMOS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dan UMR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDB dan investasi pariwisata, baik secara langsung maupun melalui variabel mediasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penetapan UMR yang adil mampu mendorong investasi pariwisata yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan pendapatan nasional. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan yang terintegrasi antara regulasi upah, stabilitas ekonomi makro, dan pengembangan pariwisata. Selain itu, investasi pariwisata terbukti menjadi pendorong utama peningkatan PDB Indonesia.
